Verily, We Ourselves have sent down this Exhortation, and most surely We will be its Guardian, (Al-Hijr, 15:10)

This verse of the Holy Quran promises that its text has been safe-guarded in its original form by a divine plan for all times to come.
Verse 8 of this Sura, contains the demand, mockingly made by disbelievers that if the Quran were really as grand a book as it was claimed to be, it ought to have descended under the guardianship of angels. This ridicule of disbelievers has been answered in the present verse, which emphatically says that the Quran is indeed a sublime book and that God Himself has undertaken to act as its Guardian and that He will always protect it against every kind of corruption and interference. And in order that this promise about the protection of the Quran may gain still more force, particles expressive of special emphasis, such as 'Anna' (verily We) and 'Nahnou' (Ourselves) and again 'Anna' followed by 'Lam' (most surely) have been used in this verse.

The statement that God Himself is the Guardian of the Quran does not mean that angels do not guard it. They also do so, for when the master himself is guarding a thing, the servants must also be necessarily engaged in that service. By saying, most surely We will be its Guardian, God, however, points to the fact that there are certain peculiarities of the Quran which it is beyond the power of angels to guard and therefore, God Himself has undertaken to do that work. Unlike the bible which has been corrupted by man ova centuries. The Quran is in its original content like it was 1400 years ago and is the final word of God Allah.

It'd be wonderful if documentation was provided to back up the claim that the Bible has been corrupted. The fact is, with the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls in the 1940s, we have documents dating back to about 200 B.C. that show the amazing consistency and integrity in the translation of the Bible. There are thousands of ancient manuscripts that back up the consistency of the Biblical texts--it hasn't changed. I don't know what "proof" anyone has that the Bible has been changed or corrupted, but if you've got it, there are a lot of us who'd love to see it.

Now let me see, Mohammed died and nothing else.

But Christ taught that He would be killed and would rise again.

A very daring thing for a mere man to teach - and none other ever have, not surprisingly !

And indeed God raised him up and there were many witnesses, over 500, and men were so changed from fear and despair that this message spread throughout the whole world and has had overwhelmingly more impact on the world for 2000 odd years than anything else ever.

Now to me, that has got to be irresistably more demanding of examination than what you have offered. Even if your claim were true, as has been pointed out, it is not new or even distinguished.

But this witness of the resurrection is stunning and unique and surely only mad men would claim it, unless it be true?

Perhaps it's worth you thinking about it?

Few of the answerers are requierd to be corrected for if we dont show them the light, the resposibility will be ours that we kept them in the dark.

See what Quran has to say about humen brotherhood;

" Do you love your creator ? Then love your fellow creatures first "-- Mohammad.

" We have not sent thee , O Mohammad, but [as] a mercy unto all creatures."-- The Quran,[xxi, p-326]

" And my mercy encompasseth all things." The quran,[ 7:156]

" O you men, surely we have created you of a male and a female and made you tribes and families that ye may know each other."--The Quran,[ 49:13 ]

" Whosoever is kind to to God's creatures, Allah is kind to him."--The Quran

" Who is the most favoured of Allah ? He from whom greatest good comes to his creatures."--The Quran

" All his creatures are Allah's family for thier subsistance is from him, therefore the most beloved of Allah is the person who does greatest good to Allah's creatures."--The Quran

" Assist any person oppressed, whether muslim or non-muslim."--Mohammad

" Make peace among them with justice and act equitably, surely Allah loves those who act equitably."--The Quran [49:9]

What non-muslim great historians have to say about the Quran can open your eyes.

" No Coran ever equal'd his for subject or eloquence and to make way for it you see that the Coranof Musay or Moses and the Coran of Isa are perished or so corrupted by thier followers that there is no affiance to be placed in them."--[ An Account of The Rise And Progress of MAHOMETANISM with the life of Mahomet, By HENRY STUBBE,M.A. of Christ Church-Oxford, Pg-109 ]

" Al Coran as a standing miracle since so many persons of singular eloquence did attempt to write the like but could never equal it."--[ ibid, pg-162 ]

" The cause of the dramatic success of Islam was spritual as well as social and political. On this importent point GIBBON testifies, ' More pure than the system of Zoroaster, more liberal than the laws of Moses, the religion of Mohammad might seem less inconsistent with reason than the creed of mystry and superstitions which, in the 7th century, disgraced the simplicity of the Gospel.--[ Decline and Fall of Roman Empire by Gibbon pg-53]

Therefore my friend [ Jiboo Jibaaa or whatever ] just by saying few words about the Quran will not help you. Why dont you have point wise [ rather allegations wise ] detailed discussion. I hope you are not afraid of truth..

It may even be more or less true. however, almost all "holy books" make the same claim. The Torah for example has remained unchanged for over 3000 years, making it twice as old as the koran. It too has a passage where God warns people that it is the Torah FOR ALL TIME and must not be changed by so much as a single dot. The care taken in producing a Torah scroll is so extreme as to seem completely irrational to many people. It's checked by several people (all specialists) AND nowadays computer checked as well. An international database of copies is maintained and, as a result, a scroll might easily cost over $20,000-$30,000. To pay that much, you can reasonably expect to have a Torah where even the writing style is exactly the same as it always has been.

So, we have several "holy books" all claiming perfection and all caliming the they must never be changed. I wonder which one is right - if indeed any is right at all.

As for the "nit picking" aspect of word meanings, again this concept started with the Jews. Every single letter or dot in the Torah has it's own meanings and nuances. Hundreds of commentaries have been written explaining the different meanings of the words.

The phrase "castles in the air" comes to mind.

the Quran promotes death not love, war not peace. There is only one way, and that is through the Lord Jesus, the living Christ. Would anyone today say that marrying a 9 year old child was right? Mohamed did. The answer to the question is no, it should not be preserved. More and more Muslims are converting to the Christian faith because they find out that it is the true faith, even the threat of death will not stop them

Gospel According to Saint Luke
Chapter 8

5 The sower went out to sow his seed. And as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it.

6 And other some fell upon a rock: and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it had no moisture. 7 And other some fell among thorns, and the thorns growing up with it, choked it. 8 And other some fell upon good ground; and being sprung up, yielded fruit a hundredfold. Saying these things, he cried out: He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. 9 And his disciples asked him what this parable might be. 10 To whom he said: To you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to the rest in parables, that seeing they may not see, and hearing may not understand.

11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. 12 And they by the way side are they that hear; then the devil cometh, and taketh the word out of their heart, lest believing they should be saved. 13 Now they upon the rock, are they who when they hear, receive the word with joy: and these have no roots; for they believe for a while, and in time of temptation, they fall away. 14 And that which fell among thorns, are they who have heard, and going their way, are choked with the cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and yield no fruit. 15 But that on the good ground, are they who in a good and perfect heart, hearing the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit in patience.

With millions of people being able to recite the entire Quran by heart , and the fact that such people have been around since its inception, it is impossible to change a single word of the Quran without anyone noticing. My great grandfather was one such person.

Remember the prime number: 19.

I think you could have re-phrased your question to be a bit more precise.

You are right that it is the only one of the revealed books that survives in its original form.

It was completed and assembled in the correct order before the death of the last prophet and memorised by his companions and then preserved in its written form when the companions who had memorised it were still alive.

There are no consistent versions of any other revealed books in any language so that (I think) is why, for example, you don't have people who memorise by heart the entire "bible" in its original language(s).

understanding what the Qu'ran says approximately Jews you're sure to decide for Him to be a Muslim extremely than a Jew. that would not make Him one nonetheless DOES IT? If God despatched in basic terms one message to humanity and it replaced into Islam what do you think of God replaced into doing from the time Jesus got here to earth in human type and the invention of Islam. The bible makes it sparkling that God and Jesus have been on the introduction. God reported an undesirable lot of issues between then and your 'prophet' being born. you're being grossly deceive. we are all conscious that Allah potential God. although, there are lots of people who use the be conscious God who do no longer understand Him and to call Him Allah would not make you already know Him the two. in case you knew Him you may understand His Son and settle for the sacrifice that He made for you, in my view. it is not too previous due. in case you compromise for which you're a sinner and have self belief that Jesus died as a sacrifice for YOU, you would be stored. First you need to confess your sins and humble your self with the help of asking Him to forgive those sins. you will then be stored and could visit stay with Him sooner or later. There are 2 significant modifications between our God and your fake 'god'. Our God calls us to love others and to forgive people who harm or harm us. He tells us pray for our enemies and people who hate us. The 'god' of the muslims calls all non-muslims INFIDELS and calls you to harm us. there is lots evidence of this in international places the place Christians are the minority. commence looking around you and analyzing the information and so on. seem on the version interior the way that Christians are taken care of in muslim international places and way the that muslims are taken care of in Christian international places. right here interior the U.ok. we fall over backwards (metaphorically conversing) to make muslims experience welcome and chuffed. definite, i understand there are some exceptions to that in basic terms as there are exceptions to all issues yet what number muslim international places welcome Christians and handle them as properly, or much greater efficient, than their own electorate?
