First of all, I would like to tell you that getting plastic surgery on your nose is a very bad idea. About 100% of the time, people who get this kind of surgery go back to get it again!!! Why is that bad? Because the surgeon people make big bags of cash and you eventually (and literally) lose your nose because it collapses!!! This is a very bad idea and if someone tells you the name of a good surgeon, I just want you to know what you're getting into. There are lots of people out there that regret this surgery (if not everyone) and they will tell you the same thing I just did.

Plastic surgery done correctly in a proper clinic is not dangerous at all. The rhinoplasty itself is not a particulary risky procedure either (procedures like the tummy tuck or even liposuction can be more risky). Check out www.surgeryabroadguide.com for clinic and surgeon recommendations. Good luck!

You didn't state where you live. I am about to undergo nose surgery next week to correct a deviated septum. My doctor is Dr. Selcuk Sozen in Alexandria, LA 318-473-9003. He's a plastic surgeon in Louisiana, he did my breast reduction 10 years ago, & I just got a tummy tuck & eyelift from him in August and am very satisfied. He's a perfectionist & is never in a hurry to perform his procedures. I have no fear when it comes to my upcoming surgery & I know it will be painful, but probably not as painful as I'm anticipating. Good Luck, if you find a great surgeon you should be satisfied with your results as long as you have realistic expectations.
