call a vet for advice. there is ways to bottle feed kittens . it is a lot of work. I know because I had to bottle feed a 2 week old kitten when the mother cat got run over by a car. the other kittens had already died. it was a neighbors cat and she did not want the kitten. it lived! : )

Unfortunitly the litter is so young, they are very fragile at that age, and if she's not producing enough milk then you run the risk of losing the whole litter. Bottle feeding is a possiablity but it's hard & takes around the clock time. I recomend that you take her & the litter to the vet asap & find out what the problem is. You can buy kitten milk, and try to help feed them yourself, but be aware of the comitment & the strong possiablity of loosing them if you do. Sometimes these things just happen. It's hard but it's life.

now that those three have died (i'm sorry) Your cat should be fine but watch her carefully to see if the kittens are eating enough, they should nurse for about 15 minutes to a 1/2 hour 4 times a day. If not, you cna buy a milk substitute at the pet shop Usually not intended to compleatly replace a mother's milk so you still need to let them nurse off of her. directions are on the can. mix according to label and feed the kittens like it says at the temperature recomended on the label. If they continue to die, take everyone who's left to the vet to see if there's a problem with the kittens or the mother's milk.

Honey, take all of them to the vet for a thorough checkup quick. If the mom is not producing enough milk, the solution is as easy as you feeding the babies yourself. But you have to make sure that the kittens are healthy and not have developed any infections through the umbilical cords. Very fragile they are at this stage. I've played "midwife" to my cat 3 times and once to my aunt's cat.

You can do two things:
- Take your cats to the vet.
Or...
-Buy a dropper to feed the kittens with milk (nutritional milk of course). You can then grab gently the kittens and feed them slowly using the dropper (gotero).

at 6 weeks her milk shouldnt be the only food the kittens are getting - they should be eating canned chicken and rice, and have dry kitten food
I think you need to see a vet this is very abnormal for 3 kittens to die suddently at 6.5 weeks if you are doing everything correct...
are the other kittens thin?
