B.Tech (I.T) fresher please say me which course(.NET or SAP) to do and where the training with job gaurantee?

I am a B.Tech(I.T) 206 Fresher.I want to do a course in .NET or SAP.Please say me the place where they provide training with job assurance

Forget about SAP coz there is no room for fresers (check my previous post in this) I suggest you for .NET, never expect any job guarantee coz i won't believe in that, be hard youeself.
