maybe its because its unusual to have blue eyes and black hair, but I think it is a good thing, there are people who would like blue eyes who has black hair, but they haven't got it, so you are the lucky one

There can be a million reasons why someone would 'stare' at you. But instead of telling us EVERYTHING about you or the situations themselves, you told us "I'm female, blue eyes, black hair" so its obvious you think that THOSE are the reasons why... otherwise, unless we know you or the situation, how would we be able to tell you?!! It could be because you walked into the mens bathroom. It could be because you were wearing a clown suit. It could be because you were wearing a mini skirt and it was 40degrees outside... no, you just said you're female, blue eyes and black hair, so you are answering your own question- THATS why you think people 'stare at you wherever you go'. Don't be lame.

Maybe you have something hanging out of your nose. Nah, just joking. It is usually blonde hair and blue eyes or black hair and brown eyes. You are different. Wear that crown proud girl, show everyone that you dont have to be just like everyone else to be liked.

Black hair and blue eyes are not that common, and the combination is eye catching. Consider it a compliment and go on about your business.

Blue eyes on a brunette is unusual and a very striking contrast. A mesmerizing one if you ask me. I wish I had blue eyes with my dark hair. Consider yourself lucky and blessed with something uncommonly gorgeous.

People aren't used to seeing other ppl like that. Mostly ppl with blonde hair blue eyes, brown hair brown or green eyes ect... Get used to it or get contacts

i think cos ur color contact looks weird on ur black hair... try going on brown...
if u have natural blue eyes & black hair.... it's very sexy... dun forget... Daniel Radcliffe (Harry potter actor) also have bruntee hair & blue eyes & he's gorgeously sexy...
