Need recipe for a soft n creamy ice-cream?

The ice-cream I make at home always turns out to be hard n crystally....how can I make it soft n creamy????

Buy ice cream in the store and leave it out side under the sun for a while and then try it to eat with a slice of bread.. yummy.. upsss what was the question?

add a lil milk or some heavy cream
