iv been chating to this bloke off a dating site for a week we seem to get on but i am not sure how he feels we told eachother what we are looking for and it is the same, but today he sent me pics of chocs and flowers is he just being sweat, what do you think

He sounds quite smitten by you, it couldn't hurt to meet up. But just in case he's a weirdo, I'd recommend meeting him in a public place. There is less chance of him attempting anything "funny" that way. Also, its easier to be someone else when you don't have to communicate with someone face-to-face so it would be good to see what he's really like first. Make sure you tell someone where you're going and let them know when you're home again. It's always good to have a back up due to all the bad stories that come about from meeting strangers on the net. Don't let that discourage you too much though, there are a lot of happy endings too. In my experience all dating sites are good for is a quick lay. Either give it up to him or move on. Go out and date in real life quit hiding behind a computer.

Be careful about on line dating. You never know what (or who) you are talking to. If you ever plan on meeting him in person have several cell phone conversations first. Use a cell phone so if he's a sicko he won't be able to get your address from your phone number.

maybe its because he cant send you chocolates and flowers over the internet so he just sends you pictures of them, just like sif you go out on a date you might take them a box of chocolates or a bunch of flowers.

its one way to pay for sex... sorry for being so negative but thats how i see it he will expect something in return i'm i guy and like to thing a nice one at that but generally all guys are the same and truthfully ... so don,t be surprised when you do meet him and he will try his luck be prepared i say !

ask him and back off from what?its only been a week.a knew my gf for about 6months before we got together.just enjoy the attention but turn down marriage if its offered next week.lol

just tell him the gifts were a nice thought and carry on.
try to hint that you want to take things slowly, and see if he picks up on that.
