People's primary concern are probably the effect it has on their children. If people show acceptance of actions they don't accept, then they run the risk that their children will fall into the same trap they see others falling into.

hmmmm - are you referring to politics? - If so I have no opinion on politics.
In my personal life tho, I very much try to Live and Let Live. Actually those four words have re-directed my life by forcing me to consider whether or not I AM 'living'. - Am I so focused on what others are doing or not doing that I am actually neglecting my own matters? So the first 'live' encourages me to mind my own issues.
Then the 'Let Live' part - encourages me to allow others their freedom and to respect them & their processes - to give them the space to be/do or not be/not do - as they wish.
Truly these four short words have a wealth of meaning.

So if you say someone that you cared about making a mistake would you not tell them? If you saw someone stealing from a neighbor would you call the cops? If we believe in something and we don't share is what kind of friends are we?
