Of course it is wise. Why don't you start off by telling her that you are taking her out for lunch. Then tell her that you got something to tell her. She does not have to feel obligated to feel the same towards you. Be honest on how you feel and I am sure that she secretly felt the same way and just did not know how to tell you either. If she wants to be friends, tell her that you will respect her decision. After all in the end if she breaks up with her man guess who she is gonna call! You my man. So take things easy and go and that girl how you feel. Don't let an opportunity pass you by, it might just not come again.

Have you gone anywhere at all together? Go dancing, if you dance. This will give you a chance to get closer to her. Believe me on this, if there is any chance of you two being together, dancing close will let her know you care. Put your face lightly in her neck. If she is interested, she will respond to you.

You're not sure or are you scared? If she's your best friend y'all have been out alone together several times. Talk to her and find out where her heart is at.
