I love spicy food, and the absolute best spicy food I found was Korean food. There are so many choices of things to make; delicious. They do not use a lot of oil. Buy you a korean cook book or go to a recipe site. Let me just say I was a little skeptical at first, but I tried it and loved it. You don't have to use anything you don't like; for instance if you don't like seafood you could substitute beef or chicken. My mom hates chinese food and thought she wouldn't like this and she did. The recipes are very interchangeable, and atleast you can get an idea of what they do (not using alot of oil.) Good luck, but give it a try, i'm sure you won't be sorry.

Are you kidding? Go to a mexican store and buy Hambenero powder. Add chili paste and chili powder. Crushed red pepper flakes and sliced hambenero peppers....no oil is required. It depends on what you are cooking, but adding all those ingredients to a dish will make it hurt coming out as much as it did going in.

You can just put raw spicy materials in there. Oil will not be an issue.
