DEFINITELY! Anyone who hasn't read "It's not about the bike" is missing out on a powerful book. I can't believe that there are some idiots out there that think the tumors were substance related. What kind of IDIOT says he removed a testicle for balance? MY GOD! Yeah, he just faked cancer. MAN! I am not even lance and i am offended by that comment. you guys laugh or joke about what happened to him because you are on the outside looking in. The guy had a 3% chance to live and defeated the odds. He is definitely my hero.

Yes. On his ride through Iowa on RAGBRI, a child approached him and said "I'm going to be a cancer doctor". Lance replied, "Better look for another occupation. Cancer will be cured before you finish school." I like that kind of determination.

He never gave up. When he came down with cancer...he kept training. Even when the French team dropped him because of cancer...The US Post Office took him on their team. He has won ever since. I guess someone in the post office is smart.

I believe that Lance Inspires thousands. I think the popularity in bicycling and in the sales of bicycles in this country proves that, and yes he inspired me to ride more than I probably would have normally. I just hope that the cycling popularity continues.

He's not anymore. He's retired - but I think he did cheat.

I do admire him, though. He has done great things for the fight against cancer.

Who doesn't know someone affected by cancer? He could have won his tours and relaxed on his pile of money fr the rest of his life, but he campaigns harder than ever for his cause.

What's not to admire?

I like the guy, but he doesn't really inspire me. Very few people inspire me.

no he does not...

...he went to great lengths to be the best...

...he had one testicle removed so that he may be better balanced on the bike so he can achieve the best center of gravity possible ( think of a grandfather clock) to go up those demanding hills in france. we have all been on a bike now imagine removing one testicle just to obtain that ideal 50/50 weight distribution and balance.
