As others have said, that really depends upon the ink. In general I don't care for tats on the neck, and especially if they are large, but if it is unusual and individual art that really reflects that person it could be very attractive. Flash on the neck (or anywhere really) is a definite turn-off.

So what you're asking is are you hot. A tattoo does not make someone hot or not, on the neck or otherwise.
If the person is hot, and the tattoo fits their personality, then that makes it "hot". Mind you maybe I'm too deep to answer this one correctly...

I agree with the first answer, but I ony like tattoos on the back of the neck, I don't like the ones on the side.

I would never get one but i like to look at tattoos. I catch myself staring at times because some are so articulate and beautiful and yes HOT HOT HOT.

Depends on they guy and the tattoo I suppose. I generally LOVE tattoos, but I do see many ugly ones from time to time

I think thats the hottest place for guys to have one. My boyfriend is covered in tats and his neck one is my favorite.
