I have a project due November 14th and it will be a great help if someone gave me a lil info!

Smell is our strongest long term sense. Even in middle age, people can instantly identify a scent from early childhood.

The perfume industry is built on the idea of scents having an effect on mood, even cleaning supplies are designed with certain scents to seem more effective.

Aromatherapy is hardly a science, however. Lavendar is considered relaxing, although I find it personally annoying. I love florals while my sister goes crazy for vanilla.

Lavender is the best among all aromatheraphy oil. It has great soothing, calming effects

there are a ton of uses for aromatheraphy,,, there are a million books out there to help you with,,

personally I use peppermint oil to help with Migranes and nausa
Lavender to relax or sleep
orange to energize

they work great!!!
