Got my nipple pierced 10 months ago , have never taken the bar out , but it must have came off in my bed last night and i`ve just noticed ...... can`t get it back in !! anyone know how to put it back ?

Don't force it. Try inserting it from both sides, but if you experience pain or discomfort stop. Try going to your piercer and see if they can help you. But chances are it won't go in, at least not the same gauge. Try a barbell or CBR a gauge smaller, but don't go smaller than 14g.
If a piercer can't get it in, you'll have to let it heal and get it repierced. And do what I do and check all jewelry before bed to make sure none of it gets lost in the sheets.

lol dontcha just hate when that happens???
the hole will be healed by now so it should go through easily - its sometimes easier to get someone else to put it back in though , its awkward doing nipple bars on your own :p

You can try using jewelry with a smaller diameter temporarily. I would use an earring hoop (14K gold or better) Get the jewelry to go in, then hang a craft bead or two from it to get the hole to stretch a bit.
If you can't even get that in, then let it heal and re-pierce later.

i know someone who had that happen. we tried everything.... my suggestion of using an ice pack and ice cubes to hold on it for ages then try helps cos it firmed things up and wasnt so painful. also lube the bar up when putting it in.
might not go back but it worked for them.

I wouldn't play around with it, or poke at it, you are at risk of infection and pain!.. go back to a piercing place or something, maybe they can help you out with that!

I have a genital piercing and if I want it changed I go back to the place I had it done. Go to your piercer and get them to re-insert it!

i know it sounds daft but try soaking the bar and your nipple with salty hot water to soften the tissue, it might hurt but you might have to try to force it through sorry, the same thing happened happened with my tongue bar, god know where my bar went lol.

not gonna go back in.. mine came out too, it was just to sore to push back in! unless u have a stronger pain barrier!

try pushing it through from the other way... if it originally went left to right try pushing it in through the right first
