I believe God tells us via the Bible and world events that we are in the last days. I also believe that non-believers are blind to this fact. Here's why I think it's not going to be too long:

1) Israel has been re-established as one country (instead of 2, as it was from after Solomon's death through the last diaspora) and the regathering of the people has been going on since that time. See Ezekial 37.

2) Jesus' parable of the fig tree is recorded at Matthew 24:32-35. (The fig tree is the ancient symbol of Israel.) He tells us that when Israel becomes alive again, the end is near. Israel announced about a year ago that, for the first time in nearly 2,000 years, there are more Jews living there than anywhere else in the world.

3) Russia and Iran have formed a pact for the first time in all of recorded history; Ezekiel 38:16 tells us this will happen in the "latter days," a.k.a. the end times.

4) Eze. 38 & 39 also tell us Russia, Iran, Syria, Libya, Egypt and other Muslim nations will invade Israel in the end times. This prophecy is very near to fulfillment.

5) Jerusalem and Israel will be the cause of international disagreements and wars in the end times. Other nations will seek to take some of Israel's land away. (Zechariah 12:1-5). This has been fulfilled for the first time in history.

There is more, but I think I've made the point. We are UNDOUBTEDLY in the end times.

Peace.

EDIT: I don't think GWB is the antichrist, however. He doesn't fulfill the prophecy regarding where the antichrist is to come from (Italy): see Daniel 9:26. The antichrist is the "prince who is to come" (who will break the 7-year covenant with Israel and the rest of the Middle East, per verse 27) and the people who destroyed the Temple were the Romans. The mark of the beast will only come during the Tribulation, which has not yet begun.

Grace unto you, and peace,
from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

1 day "as" 1000 yrs: 2Peter 3:8 (Ps 90:4)
Already was two Last "days": 1 - 2000 AD
Last "day" (Third "day"): is beyond 2000AD
Which things are an "allegory" & "mystery".

But the third day is not another millennium.
Yet third day is also the seventh in Jn 1 & 2.
True seventh day has no evening & morning.

Last days had two (false/true) ends.
Also a 3 1/2 yr (42 mo) countdown.
The countdwn was from Grenwich.
The false ending was called 'Y2K'.

Worse-end state of man involves seven spirits: Mt 12:45
Revelation notably also involves seven spirits: 1:4;4:5;5:6

But no mention at all of "worst" in the New Testament.
Yet there is mention of "blotting out" what's against us.
To the point no mention of law(sin & death) in the end.
Not to mention AD-> only goes one way, unto the end.

He that endureth to the end shall be saved(only).
Perhaps it has something to do with grace(only).

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Bible prophecies found at Matthew Chapter 24,Mark Chapter13 and Luke Chapter 21 in conjunction with 2 Timothy Chapter 3 verses 1-5 detail signs that pertain to to what the Bible calls "the last days" of this system of things. When examining these signs you can see that the events described are what we see occurring all around us today. The prophecy recorded at Daniel Chapter 9 points to the time Jesus begins his rule as King of God's heavenly kingdom. That time began in 1914.That same time Satan was thrown out of heaven toward the earth with his demons. This was the beginning of the "last days".There are further prophecies found in Daniel that confirm the time we are now living in IS the last days of this wicked system of things

A convenient thing someone wrote into the bible to add urgency to the myth of Christ's return.

every generation (who follows the nutto interpretation) thinks the end is near. And the end never comes.

The bible is false, that's all.

Like it or not .. One day will be our end day! be it death, armageddon or the world's end.

No use fearing the end and no use worrying about when the end will be
Instead make the better of each days during the worse of times and be grateful during the better days ahead.

the less you worried the less your fear and " fear is the path to the dark side..fear leads to anger ..anger leads to hate .. hate leads to suffering! " yoda.LOL

"work and play as though u 're gonna live forever, pray as though u're gonna die tommorow!"
