It's not selfish if you are honest with her. You are not doing anything wrong unless you do something sexual with this guy behind your friends back. You have feelings for him that means you're human.

Just think about your own feelings while giving something to others. Are you enjoy their happy? or you feel loose some thing? First one show your generosity. Second one will show your selfish.
