Beat two eggs with 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (depends on your taste) and 1 teaspoon sugar. Make sure you beat well to dissolve sugar. Pour over four slices of broken bread in a small baking dish or ramikin. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes until set. Spoon out and cover with your favorite syrup. Like a bread pudding french toast so you can also add raisins and/or nuts if you wish.
