Go online and see if you can find any other phone numbers and information. Other than that, I don't know.

You can get their phone number online or from information. They usually have a recording to direct you to the proper department and they will tell you right over the phone. If you go to the courthouse they will have a docket posted or a court officer/security person will be there when you walk in and they can direct you. The dockets are agendas for each judge listing all their cases for the day. Look for your name on the docket or simply ask the information person. Sometimes the courts post that kind of information on line. You can bring up the courthouse website and they will have a link regarding tickets. You can then just use your name or SS# and the ticket information can be retrieved and whether or not you have a fine or courtdate or need to phone someone. I've used both of these methods several times.

Call the courthouse and inquire with the clerk, or call the lawenforcement agency that issued the ticket. The best route to take is just to get your butt to the courthouse and simply wait for your name to be called. If it is a minor traffic infraction, don't stress over it if you should miss it. The courts understand that things happen but just don't blow it off. That will have serious consenquences in a variety of ways. Higher insurance, and possibly the license being suspended. You can also just pay the fine that is offered as an option on the back side of the ticket or the agency will be able to give you that info.

If no one is answering, most ticket information can be found online. Even without your citation number or anything, you should be able to go to your local (county or city) government website and find the right page. You'll just need your license number and it should bring up any outstanding tickets under that license number. It may or may not show your court date information, but it's worth trying.

Good luck!

go to the courthouse then and ask them. usually if you pay your traffic ticket prior to your time for court, you don't even have to go to court.

If it was your local police department that gave you the ticket, try calling their non-emergency #. They should be able to tell you.
