Anyone reccomend a cheap(ish) clean, central hostel in Antwerp,Belgium?

I have always the Hostelling International hostels http://www.hihostels.com/ to be clean, reliable and safe. They can be slightly more expensive than the independants, particularly if you are not a member of your national HI association. The independants http://www.hostels.com/en/index.html can be hit and miss.

The Antwerp Docks Hotel is cheap and cheerful and popular with students, hikers and prostitutes :)
