No. there r no charges for miss call. however, if someone picks it up quickly u wil b charged for the per minute call.
so make sure u dont give a long miss call...

If a connection is not made then you can not be charged for the call. If you did not answer it, then technically it was not a call. Unless you have an answering machine that answered it.
