Well I am an OLDER woman I think the reasons are sooooo obvious ???? even to someone young!!!!!!
Tight everything ??? Prettier to look at , jealousy of other men OF his age group???
OH COME ON YOUR NOT THAT NIAVE!!!!
I'm in my fifty's got saggy BIG boobs ,beer belly , BUT ride a motorbike go to gigs n rallies dance the night away know how to have a good laugh still happy to get hubby to bedroom , I don't care about what I can do nothing about , if I did I would be unhappy and boring , my hubby n mates love me the way I am FAT N FIFTY.

SOME TIMES IT IS NOT ALL ABOUT ATTRACTION YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THE OLD PERSON IS ALREADY OLD AND IF HE MARRIES AN OLD WOMAN IT WOULD JUST MAKE LIFE DULL AND BOURING THAT IS WHY SOME OLD MEN LOOK FOR YOUNGER WOMAN BECAUSE THEY KEEP THEY SPIRIT ALIVE THEY KEEP THEM BUSY ,LAUGHING,ALWAYS ON THE GO AND WITH A YOUNG PERSON THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO DO AND SOME WHERE TO GO AND THAT MAKE THE OLD MAN FEEL YOUNG ONCE AGAIN THAT IS WHY THE HAVE THE PHRASE ONCE A MAN TWICE A CHILE OLD WOMEN FEEL THE SAME WAY SOME TIMES THAT IS WHY THE THEM SELFS LOOK FOR A YOUNGER GUY ALSO. Everything is still where its supposed to be. Gravity hasn't taken effect yet. Its also natural instinct. Whats the fettish with school girls? I'm not talking literally, but uni students love to dress up like that and strut around in front of the boys. And the boys love it. I think its an alpha male thing to want to protect the woman, so a younger gril would appear more vulnerable. There's also the obvious, especially as the man gets older: Youthful looks, higher sex drive, ego.

It has been said that men mature slower than women, so if you want to be with someone who is as mature as you, older men tend to go for younger women.
Then there is the obvious answer!
It's also a case of women tending to be ready to settle down slightly earlier than men, so by the time they have made the decision to find someone to settle down with, it's easier to go for a younger woman.
This is all generally speaking from what I've read in mags and seen on telly etc..
Also, my other half is 9 years older than me. I've been out with guys my own age but don't find them generally as attractive (I'm sure they probably felt the same about me!) It just works!

10 years either way isn't so much but 20 is out of bounds. For most men I don't think it's a thing with age but more of being with someone who is still willing to be active. being in-shape is more of an attraction than youth. I think most women prefer to believe the man was attracted to something they don't have control of (therefor age rather than weight). A man (as I am sure for a woman also) wants to be with someone who displays some desire for him. Getting married shouldn't bring those feelings and actions to a halt but in most cases it does. All that said some men and women are striving to regain their young through a more youthful mate.

They are convinced the woman will help them recapture their youth, like they are not so old or whatever if they can still attract such a young woman. Also some men like control and think it will be easier to control a younger girl.

Depends how much younger they are!!! some older men are just dirty perverts but some are genuine but some have cash so thats why some want a younger woman. i tihnk most do it to make themselves feel younger and make them feel like they still have got the special touch!!! well if its like anna nicole smith;s ex hubby thats ok cause he didnt have longer to go so he thought yeah why not gotta kick the bucket with someone younger.

A man trying to re-live their youth or have just woken up and trying to make up for lost time .... personally i have always been attracted to older no sorry maturer women ....only once has the women been younger than me ... i find women older than myself so much more interesting and can relate more so then women of similar age ...

if people could forget about the physical side to it, because that's not the only side.
Some younger women have more of a zest for life. Some of them still dream.
My husband's 15 years older than me and I completely changed his life....all for the better. He's actually living now.
