I'm pregnant and nothing seems edible, unless its salt and pepper food wit no oil. Red meat is a big no because the mere site of it puts me off let alone the smell. And it has to be halaal. To top it off my husband loves spices, but they give me heartburn. In short i'm always running out of ideas of what to cook 4 dinner :(

5 Minute Rice and Beans.

1 12-oz. jar salsa

Prepare rice according to package directions.. Drain and rinse the black beans. Combine salsa, beans, and cooked rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until warm throughout.

If the salsa also gives you heartburns dont add it just add the beans rice salt and pepper. It gives you the protein, iron, and folic acid, you need so much now.

Carrot Ginger Soup

The absolute best way to turn him on is to surprise him. Make the move on him in an unusual location or setting. Break any scheduling habits you may have also. The more you talk about it, he will probably grow uncomfortable. If you play the feminist point of view...He is not going to go for it.

Try sticking to bland foods. If you need to adjust the foods your husband is eating because they bother yo, then do so. It's his pregnancy too.
Or try eating a little before him, things you can tolerate well, and ask him to cook for himself.
It will pass fairly soon.

try changing the times that you normally eat. Eat fruity sorbets to keep the palate clean and stick with comfort foods. My sister had similar problems so it was creamy soups or spoonfuls of peanutbutter.
