The capital of Palau is Koror, which is located at 7.35 degrees N and 134.50 degrees E. The opposite of that is 7.35 degrees S and 45.50 degrees W.

That puts you in Northeastern Brazil, in the state of MaranhÃ£o, about 20 miles northwest of the town of Ribeiro GonÃ§alves.

Not much there, and the snorkeling in inland Brazil is terribly. I'd stay in Palau.

Canada....just a guess....its the second largest country in the world and far north....I dont have a globe at home.
