Any Condom is ONLY as Good as the people using them!
The Spermicide works by Repelling Semen/Sperm that may leak!
But using them Correctly is the Only way to make them Effective!

Spermicide condoms are safer in the way that they kill the sperm so if there is an accident. Some people are more easily irritated by the spermicide though.

They are SAFER in preventing pregnancy, because the spermicide will kill any sperm it comes in contact with. However, some people are allergic to spermicide and that wouldn't be safe for obvious reasons!

YES they are safer. They work this way as the sperm enters the condom with spermicide they are killed upon contact with spermicide unless they are super sperm!

sure, the trojans with the spermicide are far more effective perfect for protection adverse to being pregnant. If the condom is the in basic terms type of contraception getting used, those may be the suitable. good luck!
