This is how you'll get the bloke of your dreams:
Drive around your town until you see a bloke you like, reverse up and place a cloth soaked in chloroform over his mouth.

Why are you asking? You're a girl. You just need to go out and wait to be approached.

A sure fire way is to walk up and down the kings road with a bill board that says "Boyfriend Wanted" I doubt you will find anything lasting but might satisfy your short term goal of having one!!!
Otherwise just go out with friends and meet their friends and get used to meeting people for the sake of meeting people, not because you wanna do the horizontal lombarda with them
