Cause whenever I ask a question in another area, it
doesn't get answered for hours. But when I ask a question here, I get 12 answers in 5 minutes.

Hi three6xty,
No...its not like that.
The only reason you get answers so quickly is that it does not require much of thinking and reasearch.....you can answer just like that without much effort..
but when you consider technology and other technical stuffs...some working has to be done in order to answer......

The internet and sites like Yahoo!Answers are used as a refuge by kids who don't have many friends and who don't talk to / trust their parents very much, and who are normally pretty insecure, hence the damp sofa and rate me type of questions. I'm not saying it's a good thing, but I'm not saying we should condemn them or send them to a "junk" filter either... because we've all been 13, with higher or lower degrees of maturity, but still. :)
