I've been trying to gain weight lately (because I'm underweight). Several sites say that I'm at a higher risk of heart disease. 1 week ago, I was 98 pounds, but now that I've started to eat more calories... I've LOST weight! Now I'm 94 pounds, and very confused. When I eat more, I lose! How can I gain weight????

It could be possible that you have an overactive thyroid gland, which will make you lose quite a lot of weight, get it checked. For gods sake don't start stacking up on junk food as that'll just lead to an array of other problems like high cholesterol and even diabetes.

I had that problem after I gave birth to my son and when I went to ask my Dr. what I could do...he laughed at me and said that was an unusual request.
I ended up just eating a jar of peanut butter a day and ate lots of pasta. Took while, but it worked.
