Good ZONE menu / discussion boards?

I'm having trouble finding a discussion board or a site with daily menus. Anyone suggest some? I don't want the official site or sites that want me to buy stuff, but you know the kind...the ones that folks are on the diet, post what they ate that day or menus that work for them, recipes.

I bought the Zone recipe book. Unfortunately I am pressed for time or I would share some of my regular Zone based meals.
