Maybe the guy waiting for some opportunity to start the move first. But its all depends on who'll start the first move. But frankly speaking, you should not make the first move dear. You see, in a world of relationship, always the guy would make the first step to know the gal, you know what I'm saying.
But if the gal makes the first move, you are telling him that you are easy come easy go kind of thing. That will shortened your relationship. Period........;p

Be cool about it. Heres what you can do. Say one day for lunch say about an hour before, send him an email saying I think I am going to go out for Italian today, would you like to join me for lunch? Of course he will, and then at lunch have a meaningful conversation and then ask in a round about way if he would be interested in going to see a movie on Friday, or Saturday night.

hmm you just sit and gawk at each other al day long, hmm interesting do either of you know sighn language, try using your finger too tel him how you like him, if you dont know how too open your mouth or beterr yet if you cant talk odviously and dont know sighn language when theres no one else around, get under his desk and give him a nice steamy bj-- that wil show him you really do like him, make him smile instead of just staring and gawking at each other al day long hons!!

You should walk up to him and make conversation. And see do he have a wife or a girlfriend. If you know he don't then you ask him out maybe there will be a connection.

unfortunately you have to take these work situations careful, because of the sexual harassment policies. so try to run in to him as youre leaving work, outside of the building, and ask him to coffee or something
