If your a Christian, you don't go to hell.
God does know what's in your heart. Is Jesus in there. Do you know Him personally? If you don't want to know Him on earth, why would you want to live with someone for all eternity?

If your a christian....?
And your going to go to Hell after a life of worshiping God what is the point of worship
A true Christian isnt going to go to hell..your question makes no sense. Your right God does look into our hearts, but you have to repent of your sins and believe that Christ came, died and rose again for you. Then you spend your life living for Him, not because you have to, but because you want to. As a Christian it should make you happy to worship and sacrifice for Him. If your asking why we believe in hell, its because the bible tells us its a real place.

If I am a Christian, I am not going to hell. Because I believe in Jesus as the Son of God, I keep the commandments, and I have asked for forgiveness.
There are a lot of good people who we will see in Heaven, and a lot we think will be there- won't.
No one- NO ONE knows what is in our hearts and where we stand with God.
For me or anyone else to be on this forum and tell anyone they are not going to Heaven is beyond our call. It is up to God- in His mercy and compassion.
Hope this helps.

How would you know you're going to hell anyway? I'd say keep on worshiping and hope for the best. Anyway, sometimes hell is classified as a 'place away from God'. So maybe if you have been good but you haven't made it to heaven, you won't suffer in hell, just be apart from God.

Why would you assume a Christian will be going to Hell after a lifetime of worship? That sounds strange to me. It is possible that God looks at your heart but it says in the bible that to get to Heaven you Have to accept Jesus as your savior in order to get the free gift of grace that he brought to you. And you have to renounce your sins and live a Christlike life. Of course even Christians are going to backslide and sin still but it is with constant trials and being put through the fire of temptation and sin that you can come out of that sin more pure and closer to where you need to be.

You are loved by God, all of your days. You imperfect, but it is not your fault. There are factions, misguided all, such as the Catholic Church, who would have you Fear God. Why is that? Control, perhaps? Not Godlike at all. God will bring you Home to Heaven if you've made the attempts to live a Christlike life, and repented those times of sin. You will be forgiven, not once, but many times that number, and you might receive absolution upon your death. I prefer to see it your way,,.that He knows my heart, knows that I am trying to do good wherever I go, and I know He hears my prayers along those lines.
Have a Blessed day!

I beleive what God says in the Bible
It says to:
Hear the Word
Believe the Word
Admit you are a sinner
Repent of your sins
Be baptised
and Live a faithful life
There will be "good" people in hell too. Those that didn't do as God commands us to do.
But you have the right to believe as you do.....good luck

You are missing one thing. God looks at your relationship with His Son. That is what you will be judged on: Did you accept Jesus as the perfect sacrifice for your sins? Or did you try to get to heaven your own way on your own terms.
Nothing more
Nothing less

If you have in fact worshipped God, and followed the teachings of Jesus, and have accepted Jesus as your savior, then God will know this and you will be spared from Hell. Just remember that you need both faith and good works, it's not either/or.

Your missing Christ. If you believe in yourself (which you do) then you are telling God He made a mistake in sending a Savior. Jesus came to save those who can't save themselves. The law of God states if you have broken any law you are a law breaker and guilty before God. Only Christ has fulfilled the law. Who's righteousness do you want to stand before God with, yours or His?
