Aam Lhassi
1 cup Diced fresh mango
1/2 cup Orange juice, chilled
3 tbl Clear honey
2 cup Rich milk, chilled
1 pch Garden rose petals, optional
Combine mango, orange juice & sweetener in food processor. Blend for 1 1/2 minutes.
Pour milk into processor & process till it has expanded & become frothy. Add the mango puree. Process for about 1 minute. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with the rose petals if so desired. Serve immediately
Blueberry Lassi
2 cup Blueberries
1 cup Plain yogurt
6 tbl Superfine sugar
Ice cubes
Puree the blueberries, yogurt, and sugar in a blender or food processor. Pass through a sieve to separate the liquid from the skins. Chill.
To serve, put a couple of ice cubes into a tall glass and pour the Lassi over them.
This recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups of beverage.

1 c Sugar
1 c Ice, crushed
4 c Water
2 Lemons
2 tb Rose water
Squeeze juice from the 2 lemons and reserve juice.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, crushed ice, 4 cups water, lemon juice and rose water.
When sugar is completely dissolved, strain and serve the Sherbat in frosty glasses.

- u can make kokam sherbat........u get kokam syrup in most general stores.... mix a spoonful of it with cold water ...add sugar if needed.......can add a pinch of salt & roasted cumin powd.
- u can add RUAFSA ......ROSE SYRUPto chilled milk.........for
rose syrup.......melt sugar in water & make thick sugar syrup(pourable consistency) ...add rose essence& food color(liquid -pink)..add elaichi powd .....dilute by adding water or milk as & when reqd.
- u also get the jal jeera mix by EVEREST...follow instructions on box & make.
