My 4 children LOVE to brush my long hair and rub my back..and truthfully...it's a bond between US tha NO one can take...If my children didn't do this..I'd have to ask them..what's wrong? Cause I rub their backs when they have it rough too!

My son use to rub my hair when I nursed him. He is now almost 4 and he still rubs my hair but, no more nursing. I think he does this instead of sucking his thumb. I don't mind and I think it's cute!

my daughters do the same to me...i think they're all right, it's bonding. especially when i've worked a long day, and they know i'm tired, my 3 yr old likes to rub my back, and tug on my hair. i let her do it, cause it's really relaxing. lol.
