Where did you get her from? If you got her from a shelter, she should have had all of her vaccinations and a thorough checkup.
I would say monitor her for a while. Maybe she just had to sneeze! If she continues to sneeze, her eyes begin to tear or get gooey and she sounds wheezy, go to the veterinarian right away. Until then, give it a few days and see if it wasn't just a random sneeze.
Eating and bathroom habits say alot. If she is lethargic, not eating, has diareha, things of that nature, then something is up. If she's acting fine like you say then I'd keep an eye on her.
Good Luck!

Cats and Kittens get allergies just like we do. They my also get watery eyes. Cats get a cold which is called Upper Respiratory. If you cats eyes and nose begin to show signs of yellow/green discharge, then you should probably take your cat to the vet. They treat cats with some of the same things we are treated with when we have an infection. The same type of antibiotics, but their are also antibiotics for animals. Just keep a close eye, and give your cat lots of attention, b/c that always seems to be the best medicine.

Keep a close eye on her - it may be cat flu which can be very serious. If she has swollen or runny/sticky eyes or a discharge from her nose then take her in to the vet. The sooner she gets seen and treated the quicker things will resolve

monitor at home, if she stops eating/drinking, has vomiting or diarrhea, has runny eyes bring her to the vet, right now the sneezing may just be dust or something, my cat's sneeze. If anything gets worse bring her in, she's fine right now.

As long as she is active playful and eating, drinking, pooping okay, she is fine. Kittens do sneeze, and if you take her to the vet, they will want to do a blood test to see if she has a virus, which will cost a lot. There is no treatment for a virus, so I would wait it out and just watch her.

sounds like your cat has a cold, in all seriousness. definately wait until things get much worse before the vet. If things stay the same, I would assume allergies, which you don't want. but it's a cold.

since it is a kitten it may have upper respitory and then you have to bring it to the vets asap. so that it can be treated and cured from that sickness. its not too deathly but you wuold want to get it to the vets so they can get some meds in her quickly. especially if you got her from a shelter but kittens 99% of the time get upper respitory.

YOUR CATS SOUNDS LIKE SHE HAS FELINE HERPS. NOTHING CURES FELINE HERPS BUT IS GOOD TO GO TO THE VET AND ASK FOR CLAVAMOX OR AMOXI DROPS THESE MEDS WIL NOT CURE THE FELIE HERPS BUT IT WILL HELP SO THAT SHE WONT GET A SECOND INFECTION .AS THE KITTEN GET OLDER HER IMMUNE SYSTEM WILL THERE TAKE CARE OF IT OR SHE WILL HAVE SNEESING FITS AND THEN BE OKAY FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE.

As long as there is no nasal discharge and her eyes remain clear.....you have nothing to worry about.
