Incase if she is alone, whose help she can take. Please give advice to my friend.With that she is having memory problem also. Whom she can trust?

Her stress in handling financial matters can be the cause of her memory loss. She should go to her doctor for a full physical and tell the doctor what she is expericencing. A family member or close friend should be with her.

Tell her to contact her county's social services department. She will have to fill out application after application and provide tax returns, but they will help especially with food stamps and tax deductions.

as a friend, try to get information from her like if she has children or relatives that will take good care of her, if none, then it would only be you who will have to be with her considering that you are her friend, however, your last recourse is to take her to home for the aged where she will be taken cared of....
