Just be your self, go out with some friends partying, have a few drinks and before you know it you'll have one... it won't be the result you hoped for though...
If you're looking for a serious relationship, I don't think I can help lol.
People say you should stop looking and wait until that person comes to you one day.
Could be someone you know already.

hang out in groups. someone is bound to take note of you and wanna date you. also keep your appearence up and make sure you're approachable. Smile, come off as easy to talk to and not very complex. good luck!
