When us girls want to 'talk'? He looked at me last night, with tired puppy eyes and said, "Do we have to talk? I just want to be happy. I don't want to talk." We talk a lot. Don't get me wrong. But it made me feel bad that I wanted to talk more. He just likes to drop things and move on. I emailed him this long email telling him that I understand I need to just trust him more etc.....he emails back telling me that he's going home early, couldn't wait to be with me, and to come to the bathroom when I got home....he was in the tub, soaking in bubbles...how cute! Anyways....I just like to connect and I love when he talks to me! He did tell me all about his day last night before we went to sleep....guys are just simple creatures, right? You agree, men?

K. There few rules you need to follow to keep your man semi-content, none of them truly hurt girls. First-If you have a problem say it straight out. My friend argued with her guy for a week, and never told him what was bothering her?? How does that work?? She thought he spent too much time in the bathroom. Guys spend time in the bathroom, you know where they are, leave them alone. Don't talk when he's watching tv. They can't multitask, it takes all of their concentration to keep track of their program. Talk on commercials. If he's tired, let him sleep, especially after sex, he just had sex with you, he likes you. Let him eat meat, men are carnivores, get over it. Let him play sports, truly it's good for him. If you think he'll go to the bar with the guys after and cheat, trust me cutting him off from a game that will tucker him out, ain't the way to go. If he's going to cheat, he'll find another way. Don't suspect them of cheating, If you ask them they will always say no. If he is, he'll trip up sooner than later, don't waste your energy trying to trick it out of him. Either you trust each other or you don't. Don't always wait for him to make the first move. Feel free to jump in that tub of bubbles.

If you have an issue to talk about, make it quick and simple. Then don't bring it up again, move on. And by no means do you ever dwell on things for days and weeks on end before you decide to bring it up. Just say what you have to say. If you think Men are simple creatures, you are in for a lot of miserable relationships. True our needs are simple, and women tend to not fill those needs as they should, but we like to face a problem and resolve all in one sitting.

We are simple and we like to talk but we don't like to dwell on things. We just want to get things in the open, find a solution then drop it. No need to dwell and dwell on it like it's a cure for world hunger.

women are emotional, men are logical. when you say talk that means digging deeper than the surface to them and that gets into complex areas they dont understand. that's why men don't like to "talk".
