Hey, the more you look at things as being out of control, the more things are gonna seem out of control! Try take a step back, relax, and concentrate on the things that make you feel good and that make you happy. Find someone to talk to as well, that way you will get whatever is bottled up inside of you out and that usually makes a person feel good! Take care man
