In the UFC, does anyone know what happened to the right side of Tra Telligman's torso?

he was in an car accident when he was just over a year old. the accident crushed his upper chest cavity, bent his sternum, and crushed his ribs.

He was in a car accident and they had to remove the whole pectoral muscle on his right side. It's amazing how little it's affected him.
