Yes go to the "free" site called sparkpeople.com
you cant actually buile your meals ahead og time there and you will begin to know how to select your food items and you'll be on your way. It's helped me out a lot.

No carbs? That's tough because alot of foods have carbs. Stick with good carbs, your body needs them. It's the bad ones you should avoid (regular pasta, white bread, white rice etc)

How about a fresh veggie stir fry over brown rice?

i wouldnt reccomend a low carb diet, because you need a balanced diet (you actually need around 50% carb intake of the total of other minerals, like protein and fats and stuff). Vegetables are actually a source of carbohydrates (according to my biology notes). Maybe i misunderstood the question?! But try to avoid fruit, bread, rice, pasta and processed foods (again, according to my biology notes). Hope this helps!!!!!!

Yep. Chiken or turkey or anything high in protein, and veg namely greens, practically no carbs at all. Also try no to eat carbs after 7pm. You can eat the above meal anytime and I guarantee, you will shed some weight after a few weeks.

Chicken breast sauteed in olive oil, mashed cauliflower, salad, broccoli. A low carb tortilla spread with light cream cheese top with turkey breast slices, romaine lettuce and whatever veggies you like and roll it up. That's one of my favorite quick meals.

yeah
hi,
try pouring soup over rice
wash the rice first and the put one cup of rice to two cups of water and bring it to a boil with the lid on it and then slow cook it for 25 Min's.
and let it stand for 5 min add butter to it and then pour the soup over it.
don't put salt to it or pepper and eat it that way.
makes a good dinner
