Unfortunately, time is the only remedy for a broken hear. Time heals all wounds. Try focusing on you right now. Don't jump into another relationship right away. Just take time for YOU. Learn and grow from this experience and move on. Good luck!

my heart was broken 10th December 04 and it still hurts but you must move on and don't dwell on the past I know it's hard and sometimes life does not seem worth living. I have been close to the brink but pulled through with help from family & friends (As well as help from myDoctor) Keep smiling and knw it will get better. I promise
Take my thoughts and luck with you

Depends how you want to do it, either party your nights away and try and forget about it and meet new people or lean on your friends and have lots of girly nights and tears, in time it will get better believe me I dont know anyone who hasn't suffered a broken heart so u r not on ur own.x

Hearts really don't break...they bruise. Some easier than others. No one person can make you whole, you do that yourself. Embrace the fact that you can feel so deeply, and have such a gift to share. Share that gift every day in your own way, the pain will fade each time you touch someone and you see in their eyes, you've eased some pain of theirs. Shake it off and get back in the mix.

Time. Hobbies.
The main thing is to understand that it is pain, and you have to feel it. It just hurts and you have to go through it. If someone hit you in the face with a brick you wouldn't question the pain. You couldn't control it or "stop it." You'd feel it until it stopped.
It's the same thing with this. Accept that it is going to hurt, at the same time realize that it will not always hurt.
Think of the good points about you - your strengths. Focus on those as much as possible and believe in yourself.

Only two that I know of - time and someone new to love.
Hang in there; a broken heart CAN be mended.

Go out with your friends and have some fun either at the mall or the club. Do anything that'll take your mind off the matter.
