It is true - I often go to Sainsburys to get some fresh meat. Thursday afternoons are best, because all the birds go there after picking up their pensions at the Post Office. I've pulled some right crackers and taken them back to my pad to give them a good seeing to - the warden's quite used to it and he doesn't mind at all..as long as neither of us dies on the job. I had one the other week, Gladys from the old peoples home - she had a great big bunch of bananas in her trolley, although they were probably there because she had loose dentures and couldn't be doing with anything too solid.

Asda used to have singles nights where you could wander up the isles looking for someone interesting.
Each trolley has a red ribbon on the front and there are certain isles that are hot spots for romance next to the chocolates, the drinks section along side champagne!
There are certain days they allocate to this and I am not sure if they are still going on.
It worked well for the older people who did not want the hassles of clubs or pubs.
If you wanted to find out more then ring your nearest Asda.
Um might try it out myself :-)

I've heard that as well, my mum used to be a shelf stacker on the night shift, and she said that Sainsbury's used to do it, but not sure if they do anymore.
