I recently ended a relationship where I spoiled the woman with love and attention and it turned out she had another man behind my back. Where almost every thing she said was a lie. She was using me for materialistic gain. Any advise on what kind of woman to look for in the future?

Myself I want to be spoiled with love and attention. If she was straying then she was not in love with you anyway. It had nothing to do with the way you treated her you were just not right for her. You will eventually find your soul mate and you will know it. You treat her like she deserves and if she is not the one then there is nothing you can do to keep her. Also you do not have to spoil her with materialistic things either because some girls will take all they can get. You need a nice, caring, hard working woman who will take care of you too. Good luck.

I personally like to be treated like a queen but I have a friend who seems to thrive on being in a relationship with a rough neck. I am sorry to hear that you have been used. Unfortunately it is kind of hard to tell you what to look for in a woman because you really never know what a person's ulterior motives are. However please don't think that all woman are going to use you because there are a lot of woman who would appreciate a good man. Be open and give the next woman a fair chance don't let one bad apple spoil the bunch.

Of course all women want to be treated as a queen...but some of us dont want to be smothered...I like nice things and the full attention but when it gets to a point where I feel I dont have any space to breath it becomes a quick turn off....Hopefully you will take this negative experience and learn from it...Realize the signs and your gut feeling if it seems like its not right...it probably isn't...Good Luck!..

Ur ex was an Idiot. I would love someone to treat me like a queen out of his own will, but respect me enough to know and remember- im no delicate flower, i can and want to do certain things my own.

Look for a woman that has her own independence,,,family oriented,,,has her own job,,,her own mind,,,doesnt depend on a man,,,has her own goals in life. someone you see that shows others love and affection. A female that loves you and respects you for who you are(not what you have). They are out there you just have to look in the right places. Never settle for just anyone. Sorry im taken already...lol....keep looking you will find the one for you. Never give up. She is out there somewhere.

Look for someone who you can trust, who is really interested in you, who is attracted to you, who really cares about you, and who will accept you for who you are!!
By the way, sweetness added to little roughness makes a good relationship. Don' t you know that sweets spoil the teeth... so, to be given in moderation to anyone....

personally, i hate the 'queen' treatment i make me feel like he's hiding somthing or is just being fake. but i don't like the rough either. i think it's just a matter of being yourself.
for the finding a new women advice...
look for sompthin you like and pounce... before someone else does

you just found the wrong kind of woman who doesnt appreciate who you are you cant let that change ur perception of women. most women just want someone who they can love and respect and be trated the same in return
