Most files can just be dragged to the H drive. However, most programs are installed specifically to the C drive. If you want to move a program to the H drive, you should usually uninstall and reinstall the program. When you are reinstalling, check for an "advanced" or "expert" install option. Usually this will allow you to change the target drive from C to H.

Do this under Windows Explorer which is under Start, All Programs, Accessories. Highlight the files you want to move by holding down Cntl and selecting files. Then click on Edit and select Move to folder, scroll down to My Computer and under there should be your H drive which you click on and then at bottom click on Move.
