I love eggnog, I suppose golden would be my favorite, if thats just the regular kind. Although the Vanilla and Pumpkin sound delicious! I don't think I would turn my nose up to any kind! MMMMM

Vanilla Extract
Fresh Grated Nutmeg
for speed, I buy Berkeley Farms or Clover Egg Nog, add the booze and nutmeg. Yummy.

I always add malt (Horlicks) and ice to make a egg nog shake.

Puerto Rican Coquito -
One can coconut cream
Two cans condensed milk
Two cans evaporated milk
Two to three cups regular milk to adjust consistency to your liking.
Three to four beaten egg yolks
Optional - teaspoon of orange zest
750 ml bottle of white rum
Mix all well, chill and enjoy
