3rd date. Known him from work for a year. I'm 25, hes 34.
I am making augratin potatoes, and cookies, and I don't know what else, because I'm making it and bringing it to him (i have roomates) and he offered for me to prepare there but that seemed weird, so I'll just put it in the oven there.
So any tips or e-mail me easy to bring over recipes would be great! thx

Forget the potatoes unless you promised. I would make lasagna or other pasta you like, french bread and a salad buy a bottle of wine and have your cookies for desert if you want but you could make a easy cheese cake with strawberry topping or cherry

Chicken

Cook Rice put in the bottom of a casserole
then partially boiled broccoli
then chicken that you have boiled for about 10-15 mins. just cooked. Cut into bite size pieces.

The chicken should be stirred in with this mixture.

1 cup of Helmanns mayonaisse
1 can of mushroom soup
1/4 cup of milk
1 tsp or more of curry - go conservative if you are not sure of it.
1 cup of cheddar cheese grated.

Mix all of that up with the chicken and put on top of the broccoli/rice.

1/2 hour in a 350' oven.

It is elegant enough to impress and you can carry it over there easy enough.

Lasagna , very quick to prepare earlier on in the day then can be reheated. Google a recipe. Only tip would be to use fresh pasta sheets.

It really is very good, whatever recipe you find
