People who say personality are LIARS....you can't see that right off the get go. Whatever!!
He has to be attractive enough to catch my eye. Then I check the bulge in his back pocket. If its fat then I know he has money (can't always tell by the way a man dresses...) and then I will decide if I like his personality or not

His eyes must be wide and sparkling when he laughs. A personality and determination to make the best out of any bad situation. And he must be a real man who isn't afraid of getting dirt under his nails.
