I was thinking of buying a new car and they offer air conditioning bypass as standard, but for $900 more I can get air conditioning. Is it worth it ?

A goofy way of saying "No A/C". Now I've heard it all!

You're the one that knows how hot it gets where you are, and how much you can tolerate. AC bypass is just a long winded way of saying no AC.
I don't go for many luxuries in a car, but air conditioning is one thing I always get.

Not sure about that, but your other question about leasing I do know about.UNLESS you have a business, and need a FEW cars,DON'T LEASE!

I've heard alot of horror stories about leasing.
