"Drink chilled" it means at about 32 degrees "F" or zero degree "C".

Best thing you can do is to get an insulated hip flask put the drink in and freeze it, then carry it with you. This way some of it will melt and some will be frozen still and you will have chilled drink, until it is all melted. 7 to8 is possible.

But most of the time people are satisfied with10 degrees below the outside or room temperature(ambient temp).

An Army - Navy store or its surplus store will have it.

try an army disposal store or camping and hiking store it wont be a hip flask but a cylindral aloy bottle which is used by rock climbers and hikers for keeping water cold for longer

It does not exist...by definition, a hip flask is small and flat -- adding enough insulation to keep it cold would make the container itself too small. A quick web search confirms this.

You can buy one at the liquor store but , to keep it cold that long you will have to put it into a cooler !
