Avocado, nuts, veggies, olive oil (in small amounts). Take a multivitamin every day. Folic acid, vitamin C and calcium are very important. I take extra of all 3.

Take vitamins and eat a balanced diet. Don't go on any starvation diets. Watch your medication. Some medications effect the condition and quality of your hair. Valium if you take it everyday can make your hair thinner and drier/weaker. Asprin, too much of, can dull the shine of the hair also.
After you shampoo,try giving your hair a rinse with purified bottled water or get a water softener. Your hair will feel, even if it's thin, bouncier and have so much more body. You won't believe it!!!!

Fish is really suppose to work wonders for your hair. Also pappaya and guava. Incease your vitamin E as well.
