You can go for Psssst spray shampoo. It's not a talc though. Aerosol base. It's available at drugstores. To buy it online, check drugstore.com.

Instead of using a spray (talc), try to find an IONIC Hair Brush, similar to those used on pets. They really do refresh the hair. However, if you can't find one, sprinkle or rub baby powder onto your hair and scalp. Let it sit for a few minutes to absorb excess oils. Then brush THOROUGHLY. This will temporarily remove odors and oils. Did you know that the more often you wash your hair, the oilier it gets? By washing, you stimulate the oil glands, thereby causing the "oily" look.

Probably a beauty supply place. There used to be several readily available but they are harder to find now. One was called "Pssst" Cute, eh? Baby powder works if you don't use too much. Also, a place that sells medical things like for home care might be able to tell you where you could get it if they don't carry it becasue a lot of people try to get it for nursing home or hospitalized patients.
